I cannot attend the HOC-Signature Events anymore; can I get the refund?
You may use the Contact Form to apply for the cancellation. Cancellations made on or before March 31, 2026 will receive a 100% refund (less 10% administration fee). No refund for cancellations from April 1, 2026. Your refund will be returned into the original credit card you have submitted when you registered. Please be acknowledged that due to the currency exchange and credit card transaction handling fee, the final amount of your refunds might differ from your original payment amount.
